From Manhattan:

Take the 7 Local Train to 33rd Street/Rawson (one stop past Queensboro Plaza). Walk down to the street level and cross to the north side of Queens Blvd. Walk back to 32nd Place and make a right onto 32nd Place. Walk one block to Skillman Avenue and make a left. You'll see the entrance on your left. We're on the 2nd floor.

You can also take the W or N Train to Queensboro Plaza and switch immediately across the platform to the 7 Local Train. Take 7 Local train one stop to 33rd Street/Rawson.
